做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
