做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
