做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
