做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
