做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
