做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
