做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
