做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
