做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
