做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
