做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
