做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
