做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
