做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
