做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
