做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
