做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
