做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
