做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
