做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
