做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
