做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
