做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
