做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
