做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
