做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
