做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
