做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
