做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
