做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
