做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
