做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
