做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
