做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
