做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
