做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
