做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
