做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
