做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
