做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
