做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
