做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
