做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
