做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
