做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
