做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
