做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
