做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
