做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
