做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
